Extended-Stay Base for Kobra X print head service jig

The Raccoon Engineering Extended-Stay Base is an add-on accessory designed specifically for Brian Cabalic’s award-winning Kobra X printhead service jig.

Brian’s jig provides a safe and secure way to disassemble the Kobra X printhead while supporting the delicate components during service. The Extended-Stay Base complements his design by adding a convenient place to store the printhead cover and upper filament channel whenever a repair turns into a long-term project.

And by “long-term,” I mean I’ve had a printhead sitting in Brian’s jig for the last two or three months. At this point it’s less of a repair bench and more of an extended-stay motel.
